What is SafeSearch Filtering?

SafeSearch is a Google feature that allows you to change your browser settings to filter explicit content.

This content may include pornography, nudity, violence, or links leading to explicit content websites.

Some people do not want to see explicit content in their search results. So they opt to turn on the SafeSearch filter. In this way, they won't be able to see this type of content.

One thing important to consider is that SafeSearch is not 100% accurate. You may even see explicit content while SafeSearch is turned on and some non-explicit content may be incorrectly filtered out.
